Arizona Document Database
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

1. You must be an active member of a state-level trial lawyers' association or association for justice.
You must be, and remain, an active member of the Arizona Association for Justice a/k/a Arizona Trial Lawyers Association ("AzAJ") or equivalent organization in your state to maintain membership to the Arizona Document Database. While we are not affiliated with AzAJ or any such organization, we independently promote membership in these organizations and we will confirm your membership as part of our approval process. Note that membership in AzAJ or any other organization does not entitle you to membership in the Arizona Document Database and we reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone and for any reason whatsoever.

2. Initial Obligation: You must make a $400 payment - OR - contribute eight "acceptable documents."

Payments: Payments must be made online via PayPal to geoff.trachtenberg@gmail.com, or Venmo to @Geoff-Trachtenberg, or Zelle to geoff.trachtenberg@gmail.com.

Documents: Generally speaking, an "acceptable document" is something other plaintiffs' attorneys could find useful -- so depositions of "professional expert witnesses" are preferred since they have a long shelf-life. In fact, a deposition of any "expert witness" is de facto acceptable (if it is not already a part of the database, they are still alive and not retired); however, you may contribute any documents for consideration.

Although we are happy to receive depositions of the usual "medical experts," any other expert depositions or discovery documents (such as income records, affidavits, etc., from professional expert witnesses) are also welcome. Indeed, sometimes documents are voluminous or are so valuable that they will warrant special consideration (such as a large collection of 1099's or DME reports). Submission of such documents will be duly noted and will result in an appropriate credit.

Note that submission of pleadings is also acceptable, but such documents take longer to review and are less likely to be accepted since we probably already have them and because they "go stale" fairly rapidly.

Please do not take offense if documents are not accepted or if only some are accepted. Typically, we will credit you for those documents that are accepted and give you the option to submit additional documents or make an adjusted payment.

Submit documents for review via email to geoff.trachtenberg@gmail.com as an attachment.

3.

Continued Obligation: You must make a $400 payment - OR - contribute eight "acceptable documents."
To continue as a member, you must make a $400 payment or contribute eight acceptable documents every twelve months or your account will be suspended. Note that you will earn credit for any additional accepted documents sent at any time, and these credits will apply towards your annual Continued Obligation, but that the same standards apply to subsequent documents as is applied to any other document submitted for considration.
4. You must agree and adhere to our Terms of Use and Disclaimers.
These terms and disclaimers may be changed without notice. It is individual member's responsibility to check and review these terms and disclaimers and it shall not be our responsibility to inform users of any changes.
5. You must not share login/password information -- one account per person.
Sharing membership account information, even with other attorneys in your firm, is strictly forbidden and our software will automatically suspend your account if it detects a shared password. Our software monitors your account by logging your computer's unique IP address, by running proprietary algorithms and detecting multiple logins. If you value your membership, then do not share your password. Violators, including their entire law firms, will be banned without warning.

If you meet and will comply with the foregoing requirements, then please apply for membership!
